Who we are

This website, https://ceedaris.co.uk, is run by Ceedaris Ltd, an approved Vuba resin bonded surfacing installer serving Derby and Nottingham. Ceedaris Ltd is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we use your information, email us at in**@*********co.uk or call 01332 974737.

What we collect and why

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this website:

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message.
  • Free quote form: your name, email address, phone number and message.

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange and carry out the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.

When you submit a form, our website also records technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the page you sent it from. We use these to keep the forms working and to protect them from spam.

We do not use your information for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not use analytics or advertising tracking on this website.

How your enquiry is handled

Form submissions are stored in our website’s database and emailed to our business inbox. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which stores this data on our behalf.

To block spam, form submissions are checked by CleanTalk’s anti-spam service. CleanTalk receives details such as your IP address, email address and message in order to run that check.

Cookies

We use a cookie banner (provided by CookieYes) so you can choose which cookies you accept. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work and for security are always on. Other cookies are only set if you agree to them, and you can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link on the website.

Embedded content

Our contact page shows a Google Map. When it loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address and set its own cookies, in line with Google’s privacy policy.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for the work, guarantees and our legal and accounting obligations for as long as those require.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the service providers named above (hosting, email and spam protection) so they can provide their services to us, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred to you or another organisation. To make a request, email in**@*********co.uk. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us before you do.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
